These source materials reduce agro waste, using less land, water, and CO2 to produce than cotton and organic cotton products. Viv pads & liners break down in just 150 days, compared to traditional products, which take 500-800 years. The wrapper is certified home compostable and made from corn starch!
Viv pad and liner wrappers can be thrown in your compost bin if you have one! Used pads, liners, tampons, and tampon applicators should be thrown in the trash (because they have menstrual blood on them, we do not recommend composting or recycling them). Viv pads and liners are designed to break down in just 150 days in a traditional landfill!

I love this product there is minimal leakage and I literally can't feel it all day. Removal can be a little messy but I recommend overall
This is my first time trying a disc and I love it!! Never going back to pads or tampons. Inserting and removing took a little getting used to, but by the end of my period I was a pro at both.
The pull tab is extremely helpful and very beginner friendly! It was the main reason why I decided to go with Viv and I’m very glad I did.
My only issue: I wish there was an option to buy the disc alone without the wash. I do like the wash and think it works well, but I don’t love the plastic container. I made the switch to a disc in order to reduce plastic waste, so it was a little annoying that I had to buy the wash in order to get the disc.
Still, I am very happy with this purchase! 5 stars!
I was really curious about a disc and was nervous about them but was SHOCKED at how easy it was to use. I think this was the easiest period of my life. The beginner guide and having a wash made it less scary. Def recommend if you're a beginner like me.
