Refund policy

Shipping
Shipping is available to anywhere within the United States via flat rate Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) or Expedited Shipping (2 business days) and to Canada via Standard International Shipping. Currently, shipping is not available outside of these regions.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges given the nature of our product. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact support@vivforyourv.com 

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
