If this is your first cup, we recommend getting a Small. The small cup works for most menstruators pre-childbirth. If you have given birth, have used large cups in the past, or have a very heavy flow, a size Large may work better for you. See more on sizing here.

Viv pads and liners are 100% plastic free and made from bamboo and corn fibers. These source materials reduce agro waste, using less land, water, and CO2 to produce than cotton and organic cotton products. Viv pads & liners break down in just 150 days (even the wrapper!) compared to traditional products, which take 500-800 years

The wrapper can be thrown in your compost bin if you have one! Used products should be thrown in the trash (because they have menstrual blood on them, we do not recommend composting them). They are designed to break down in 150 days in a traditional landfill environment!

Viv tampons are made with a 100% organic cotton core. The applicator is derived from the sugar cane plant. This means that it is plant-derived and made from renewable resources, instead of petroleum-derived like most plastic applicators.

Because tampons are inserted into the body for application and will have menstrual blood & bodily fluids on them, dispose of the tampon and the applicator in the trash.

Regular: Light to normal flow

Super: Normal to heavy flow

Not sure about your flow? (What is a "heavy flow" anyway??) Try a combo box so you can test out some of each!

Subscriptions are available for tampons, pads, and liners. Choose your products & delivery frequency, and let us do the rest! You will receive an email prior to every charge. You can adjust or cancel your subscription at any time by making an account on our website.

i never thought i’d use a period cup but when i saw the tik toks abt viv cups and especially the ring i decided it was worth a shot. i had trouble sealing it the first few times but now that i’ve got the hang of it it’s super easy and i love not worrying about it all day and the fact that i don’t rlly have to buy period products anymore. i recommend the starter kit!

wasn’t feeling tampons, definitely worth the switch

I always used to cramp so bad while using tampons, and you would wonder if inserting might be the issue, but the way the cup flows with everything and the only part (once it is inserted all the way and correctly) you truly feel is the ring, which is also nice because you are able to push it for a better feel or use it to make and easier removal. I one hundred percent recommend getting a cup, and this one is specifically nice because it is a starters kits. I love how this is a new way for me to be sustainable in my womanhood, love love definitely get it.

I am in love 😍

I have never used a cup before and i did a ton of research! I found Viv and i was so excited! I got my cup today and i have never been so excited to get my period! I got it today and put it in and it was so easy especially for a first timer! I of course had anxiety on how to remove and so i put it in and out a few times and had no issues! I’m so happy i found viv and i can now finally workout on my period without tampons! If you’re second guessing it don’t! You won’t regret it

first time for everything :)

decided to get this for myself during the black friday sale. as this was my first time using a cup i was a little nervous about it and overall hesitant. but!! this cup is very comfortable once you have it correctly inserted, and it’s super nice because you can sleep with it in as well and not have to worry about a mess or anything toxic

I honestly thought it was going to be hard to use. At first it was a little bit hard but you get used to it. Folding is a little hard at first. It’s very comfortable when it’s in correctly !
