We recommend the Small Viv Cup for most first time cup users and people who have not given birth vaginally. The Large Viv Cup may work for you if you have given birth vaginally or if you an experienced cup user who knows you need a larger size. Viv pad and liner wrappers can be thrown in your compost bin if you have one! Used pads, liners, tampons, and tampon applicators should be thrown in the trash (because they have menstrual blood on them, we do not recommend composting or recycling them). Viv pads and liners are designed to break down in just 150 days in a traditional landfill!

These organic tampons have literally changed my life. I used to get the WORST cramps using the "popular" brands. I've been using Viv for 4 months now and I get little to no cramping. THERES NO HARMFUL CHEMICALS!! These are so much better for our bodies ladies!! 10/10 I tell all of my friends about these. ANDDDD they're affordable!? Icing on the cake my friend.

I started using these 4/5 months ago and I don't cramp anymore. I don't bleed through, they're never uncomfortable. I can't say anything bad about them. I ran out and had to use a different brand and they're awful compared to viv! So appreciative of this company and this particular product, please don't stop making them. I want to be comfortable on my period again 😭
