Viv Pads were created to solve not just one problem, but all the problems with pads. We all deserve a comfortable product that truly works, that won't harm our health or the planet.
Viv Pads are made of bamboo fiber, which makes them incredibly soft & silky, while being 4 times more absorbent than traditional pads. Each Viv Day Pad absorbs 110 mL, and every Viv Night Pad absorbs 140 mL - that's more than most people bleed over the whole week!
While Viv Pads might look like any other pad, they're actually completely plastic-free. The wrapper that feels like plastic? It's actually made of cornstarch is completely home-compostable! The pad itself contains 7 layers of all natural-super absorbent material that does not contain any plastic. For reference - most pads are made of up to 90% plastic. Yuck! Viv pads contain no plastic at all, and as a result, they'll break down in a landfill in just 150 days. Those plastic-filled pads? They'll sit in a landfill for 800 years. Yikes.
