100% Medical Grade Silicone Menstrual Cup with ring for easy removal
The viv cup is a reusable 100% medical grade silicone menstrual cup. Our flexible and soft cup is dark-colored to prevent discoloration and built with a ring stem for a seamless removal and insertion.
The cup was designed with comfort in mind, with the ridges in place to ensure there is no internal slippage.
To use, simply fold the menstrual cup in half (see here for folding options) and insert it as you would a tampon. After allowing the cup to open up, it can be used for up to 12 hours. With proper care, the cup can last up to 10 years.
The viv cup helps reduce the risk of toxic shock syndrome, bacteria infections, and cramps.
The Viv cup is a great option for environmentally conscious and busy menstruators. Power through your day without worrying about changing your pad or tampon. Save money and time without having to purchase disposable menstrual products.

Viv pads and liners are 100% plastic free and made from bamboo and corn fibers. These source materials reduce agro waste, using less land, water, and CO2 to produce than cotton and organic cotton products. Viv pads & liners break down in just 150 days (even the wrapper!) compared to traditional products, which take 500-800 years
The wrapper can be thrown in your compost bin if you have one! Used products should be thrown in the trash (because they have menstrual blood on them, we do not recommend composting them). They are designed to break down in 150 days in a traditional landfill environment!
Viv tampons are made with a 100% organic cotton core. The applicator is derived from the sugar cane plant. This means that it is plant-derived and made from renewable resources, instead of petroleum-derived like most plastic applicators.
Because tampons are inserted into the body for application and will have menstrual blood & bodily fluids on them, dispose of the tampon and the applicator in the trash.
Regular: Light to normal flow
Super: Normal to heavy flow
Not sure about your flow? (What is a "heavy flow" anyway??) Try a combo box so you can test out some of each!

This is my first time trying a menstrual cup. I’ve used pads ever since I got my first period, and only just began using tampons and pads together because I find it easier to maintain. Purchase and delivery were perfect, the cup came earlier than expected with cute packaging and even a little bag. I love the fact the packaging bag is gender neutral, because I’m not a woman using this product. It also came with a packet with different folds to use. I prefer the punch-down method most.
When I first got it, it was incredibly firm. Because of this, I could not get it in for a few weeks. However, once I got it in it became much easier. The only problem I’ve has is that I can’t get it in without using coconut oil. I’ve tried water, it didn’t work. However I don’t think this is a fault of the company, just how my body is. I noticed that this cup doesn’t form a suction for me, either, but regardless I have had no leaks whatsoever! It’s comfortable and I hardly feel it. Taking it out, in my experience, is a bit painful, even with pinching the sides, but then again I think that’s just how my body is. Overall, I like this cup and I’m glad I purchased it.
Wow, what a game changer! Obsessed and in love!
This is my favorite cup I’ve tried. It makes my time of the month so much easier. Inserting and removing the cup is so easy. If you are thinking of converting over to cups this is the one.
loved it
The loop on the cup is a game changer! Way to innovate!!!
